Casey Amis

Casey Amis is a Phenom 100/300 instructor with a broad background in general aviation that makes him a great fit for GA pilots transitioning in a Phenom.

Casey’s love of aviation dates back to his college years at Texas Tech University, where he earned both his private pilot certificate and a bachelor’s degree. He quickly went on to become a certificated flight instructor and earn his Airline Transport Pilot certificate as well as ratings in multiple jets. He’s flown Part 91, on-demand charter, regional airlines, and corporate aviation, and he’s garnered experience as a first officer or captain in various jets including the Beech 400, Citation 650 and CRJ-700 and Phenoms. Before joining Norton Aviation, Casey served for several years as a Phenom 100/300 instructor at CAE Simuflite in Dallas, TX and is Director of Aviation for Midwest Tube Mills, Inc.

Casey’s general aviation jet training and experience allow him to cater to pilots from all backgrounds. When not flying, you’ll find him enjoying time with his wife and two sons, golfing, running or enjoying art.
