Personalized Eclipse Check Ride

The Eclipse 500/550 with Norton Aviation is one of a kind because we are the only team that offers complete training programs with FAA-approved flight training and FAA Check Ride through our Designated Pilot Examiners (DPE). Eclipse 500/550 training is unique due to it being governed by the FAA through an operating limitation in the Airplane Flight Manual (AFM). This mandates that specific requirements must be met in order to operate the Eclipse 500/550.

Following the successful completion of your FAA Eclipse Check Ride, you will be required by the FAA to accomplish mentoring in your Eclipse 500/550. The mentor program here at Norton Aviation is a safe and comfortable way to transition into the rating training environment to real world flying. The program is designed to experience and understand your Eclipse the way you will operate it in the future.
