Experienced Eclipse Instructors

Training with the Eclipse 500/550 is unique in that it is governed by the FAA through an operating limitation in the Airplane Flight Manual (AFM). This mandates that specific pilot training requirements must be accomplished to operate the Eclipse 500/550 as Pilot-in-Command (PIC). Norton Aviation’s training meets these requirements by offering a flexible approach that lets you accomplish your training in your own aircraft or one of ours. Our Eclipse instructors will take you through a Four stage process to help prepare you for flight in the Eclipse 500/550. There is also second-in-command type rating training that can be taken by two pilots.
